Patricia (Annie) Garden
Owner & Head Therapist
Annie has been practicing massage therapy in mountain towns across the western slope since 2012. Practicing among chiropractors, energy healers, physical therapists, and acupuncturists. From this experience, Patricia has tuned in her abilities to incorporate deep healing, energy, and a profound understanding of the human body that shows in her work. Patricia has fallen in love with Truckee and the Tahoe area, where she passionately pursues outdoor adventures with her dog, friends, and family. Patricia founded Martis Valley Massage in 2020 and finds her work to be gratifying and grounding. Specializing in deep tissue massage, she helps clients troubleshoot specific areas of concern through the use of a variety of therapeutic massage styles. Incorporating Deep Tissue massage, sports massage, Reflexology, and Trigger Point therapy. At the end of the day, Patricia relishes in helping heal her clients.
Christa
Christa is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping people relax and unwind. She completed her training at two exceptional massage therapy schools—one in Europe and another in Colorado—and brings five years of hands-on experience from both Europe and the USA. Christa specializes in creating personalized sessions focused on releasing muscle tension and promoting overall well-being.
One of her favorite techniques to incorporate is cupping, which adds a unique and enjoyable dimension to her treatments. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Christa connects with a diverse range of clients.
Outside of her work, she is passionate about staying active and loves exploring the outdoors. Whether hiking, biking, or simply enjoying nature, Christa believes that an active lifestyle is essential for well-being. She can’t wait to help clients feel their best!
Tiffini Brock
Tiffini graduated from Vitality College of Healing Arts in Carlsbad, California, and has been a Certified Massage Therapist for over 10 years. She is knowledgeable in a variety of modalities from Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, to Lymphatic Drainage and Post Surgical Health. Tiffini's intuitive style and passion for alternative medicine allows her to craft a massage unique to the needs of each body.
Erin
With a passion for the art of massage and a deep understanding of the body's intricate balance, Erin brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to each session. Trained in a variety of modalities, including Cupping, Sports Massage, Sound Healing, Reflexology, and more, she tailors every massage to address your individual needs, promoting not only physical relief but also a sense of tranquility and holistic harmony. Beyond her technical skills, she is dedicated to creating a safe space where you can unwind, let go of stress, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Whether you seek relief from tension, recovery from injury, or simply a blissful escape from the demands of daily life, she is here to facilitate your wellness journey. Originally from Michigan, she moved to Tahoe in 2016 and has been on a holistic journey ever since. When not working, she can be found mountain biking, snowboarding, doing yoga, making lotions, and drinking homemade matcha lattes.
Risa
Risa grew up in the redwoods of Northern California and now enjoys the great outdoors in the Tahoe area by paddle boarding, hiking, camping, snowboarding and relaxing at Donner Lake. After moving to Truckee in 2019, Risa attended Truckee Meadows College in Reno where she was trained in hot stone, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and more. Her fascination with the human body and interest in holistic health began many years ago and she now enjoys helping others relax and heal with a massage tailored for their individual needs.
Hali
Hali is a talented singer/musician and avid outdoors lover. She is originally from the east coast but now calls Tahoe home. She has been practicing massage for the last three years and specializes in various techniques, most notably deep tissue, sports massage, and Swedish techniques..
Lucas
Lucas graduated from the Bodhi Tree Center for Healing Arts in 2017. He specializes in trigger point therapy, deep tissue, joint mobilization techniques, sports massage, and cupping. Lucas has been in the Tahoe area since 2009 and has a healthy interest in spending time outdoors, rock climbing, backcountry snowboarding, and camping with his trusty pup.
Victoria
Victoria is a Tahoe native and brings over 18 years of experience in the esthetics industry. After receiving education in Reno, NV, and Los Angeles, CA, she returned to Tahoe and honed her skills in holistic, medical, and organic practices. Specializing in facials and waxing, Victoria takes pride in seeing her clients' skin enhance after treatments. With her extensive knowledge and diverse modalities, she guarantees glowing results.
Sherrin
Sherrin began her journey of healing as a Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics. After experiencing chronic debilitation from her own injuries, she slowly recovered with the help of many local practitioners and discovered different modalities that each contributed to her wellness. Inspired by the ability of our bodies to tell us what we need, Sherrin began practicing massage to share what she’s learned and help others find their path to healing. Sherrin loves deep tissue work: she blends facilitated stretching, trigger point therapy, and postural corrections into an intuitive flow.
Kate
Kate is a highly skilled massage therapist with a passion for her craft. Originally hailing from Connecticut, she honed her expertise at the prestigious Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. Growing up on a farm instilled in her a strong work ethic and dedication to her clients' well-being. With a decade of experience under her belt, Kate's commitment to perfection shows in every massage she performs. Her approach is centered around providing a deeply comforting and nurturing experience, aimed at promoting relaxation and renewal. By combining long, soothing strokes with gentle stretching, compressions, and rocking, she creates a truly rejuvenating session. While Kate excels in Swedish massage, her proficiency extends to deep tissue techniques as well. Whether you seek relaxation or relief from tension and knots, she tailors her approach to meet your individual needs. Libby
Libby has been practicing Massage from an early age, giving foot and scalp massages to her family members. She is a graduate of Ashmead College in Seattle, Washington, and has been honing her craft for 24 years. She specializes in deep tissue, dabbles in cranial sacral and myofascial release, and is now incorporating more energy work like chakra and ether balance into her sessions. She absolutely loves what she does and firmly believes that "Our body's ability to heal is greater than they would have you believe."
Carrie
Carrie, originally from the Midwest, has over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Carrie has cultivated a deep passion for skincare over the past decade. She has pursued advanced education in laser treatments and medical skincare, continually enhancing her expertise. Carrie's dedication lies in helping others feel confident, happy, and youthful. She remains committed to ongoing education and growth within the beauty and wellness field. Driven by a lifelong dream of experiencing the mountain lifestyle, she relocated to Truckee over a decade ago and loves to call the mountains her home!
Zonia
Zonia brings over 20 years of expertise in bodywork and holistic healing. She is trained in a diverse array of techniques, including Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Lomi Lomi, Meridian Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Integration, Applied Kinesiology, Brazilian Light-Body Therapy, and Reiki. Her practice is also enriched by influences from Zero Balancing, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Matrix Energetics, and Somatics.
Zonia's approach is holistic, focusing on the entire body and tailoring each session to the individual needs of her clients. She specializes in resetting the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, aiding in injury recovery, and facilitating trauma release. Additionally, Zonia is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support a broader range of clients.
Shannon
Shannon is originally from the east coast and now resides in Reno where she found a supportive community of friends that became family. She’s a recent graduate from the massage program at Truckee Meadows Community College. She is passionate about the holistic approaches to healing and is honored to help others relax and feel better in their bodies. In addition to Swedish massage, Shannon is skilled in cupping, deep tissue and sports massage, and joint mobilization. She is eager to continue learning and deepen her understanding of various bodywork modalities. When not at the spa, Shannon can be found flipping around in the air as an aerial instructor and performer. Her background as an acrobat has fueled her enthusiasm to learn everything she can about the human body. She also loves to travel, dance, swim in any body of water, drink coffee, and snuggle with cats!
Lacy
In 2009, Lacy embarked on her path as a massage therapist, fueled by a lifelong fascination with human anatomy and holistic healing practices. Having witnessed the profound health benefits of massage, she graduated from the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA.
Lacy tailors each session to her client's unique needs, drawing from a diverse toolbox of modalities. A specialist in the deeply relaxing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, honed during her eight years living on Maui, she also offers Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue/Sports, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology treatments. Whether you seek therapeutic relief or pure relaxation, Sarah's approach ensures a personalized and rejuvenating experience.
Jan
Jan got her massage training at Napa Valley Massage School and her esthetics training at Redken International School of Beauty. She specializes in Swedish, therapeutic, hot stone and also pre and post pregnancy massage. Esthetics is a huge priority, bringing balance to the micro- biome of the skin to promote beautiful, healthy, bare skin. Originally from the coast of Southern CA, Jan moved to the Sierras to pursue her love of skin care, bodywork and wellness all while breathing in the beauty of the mountains.

Bela, a graduate of Hoss Lee Academy in Roseville, CA, brings over three years of esthetics expertise, specializing in facials, lashes, and waxing. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve their skin and beauty goals, finding immense reward in witnessing their confidence blossom. With a client's perspective in mind, Bela prioritizes meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience. Beyond the studio, she embraces outdoor adventures and quality time with friends and family, particularly enjoying the thrill of snowboarding. Bela's commitment to excellence extends beyond each session, creating connections that linger well after the beauty treatment concludes.
Michelle
Michelle, born and raised in Reno, is a dedicated massage therapist with over a decade of experience. She graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College in 2011, earning both her massage therapy certification and an Associate of Science degree. Since 2012, Michelle has been practicing massage therapy in the Reno/Tahoe area, driven by a profound passion for the health and wellness industry. Her personal journey with massage therapy began after a car accident in 2010, which highlighted the transformative benefits of this practice.
Throughout her career, Michelle has amassed extensive experience working in diverse settings, from chiropractic offices to Forbes 4-star spas and various chair massage events. She is proficient in a wide range of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, Himalayan salt stone therapy, body wraps and scrubs, lomi lomi, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. With 13 years of hands-on experience, Michelle McCormick remains committed to enhancing the well-being of her clients through the art of massage therapy.
